Outstanding, rare Cartier Tank Louis Jaeger-LeCoultre “Paris” dial executed in 18k yellow gold, dating back to the very early 1970s. It’s one of the last examples produced before Cartier’s acquisition in 1972, powered by a Cartier signed JLC 818 manual wind movement. It’s a large version Tank, featuring a 23×30mm case. It comes on the period correct 18k yellow gold deployant clasp. Both the case and clasp have their production numbers engraved. Not only because of the very few examples ever produced, but also because this watch holds so much watchmaking history, it’s a “must have” for every Cartier aficionado.

Case: Excellent sharp case with moderate wear from use and crisp hallmarks. The blue cabochon remains in flawless condition.

Dial: Original white enamel “paris” signed dial in great condition, with only light signs of aging.

Bracelet: Brown Leather strap on it’s genuine 18k “non adjustable” deployant clasp. The current strap fits up to a 17cm wrist.

Movement: Carefully checked by our watchmaker, the manual wind movement keeps accurate time.
