1950s Vacheron Constantin Tank "Brick" 4108 18K Rosé Gold

1950s Vacheron Constantin Tank "Brick" 4108 18K Rosé Gold

Pretty rare and collectible Vacheron Constantin Tank "brick" 4108 executed in 18k rosé gold, dating back to the 1950s. It's rectangular design with the flat tank style bezel and the chunky case giving it the nickname "brick". Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin had a close relationship in the mid-20th century. The design’s origins can be traced back to offerings from Audemars Piguet in the 1930s, produced in limited numbers until the 1950s. Despite the low production, both AP and VC crafted a wide range of configurations. Measuring 25x3mm it's a perfect watch for men as well as women.

Case: Excellent case with prominent bevels and only light wear from use.

Dial: Original rosé and yellow gold chapter ring dial in great overall condition. The dial is correctly signed "Vacheron & Constantin, Genève". The blue baton hands remain in good condition as well.

Bracelet: Generic black lizard strap with gold-plated pin buckle.

Movement: The manual winding movement has been carefully checked by our watchmaker, running great.

Accessories: VOYS Certificate of Authenticity.
